James S. Harris ISA AM is an Accredited personal Property Appraiser with over 20 yeas experience. He has been a member of the International Society of Appraisers since 1991 and is accredited through 2016. Additionally, he has completed the latest 15 hour USPAP examination. Harris has conducted appraisals for the Commonwealth of Kenyucky [My Old Kentucky Home and White Hall] as well as numerous appraisals for bank trust departments and estate attorneys. He has taught classes and written extensively in the areas of antiques and personal property appraising.
